Where else to go

We don't try to be everything. Lots of brilliant UK organisations already do things we don't, communities, helplines, clinical services. Here's who we trust, and what each is best for.

In an emergency
Call 999 if someone is seriously unwell. Call NHS 111 for urgent advice. Your own diabetes team has an urgent number too.

How we choose who to list

We link to UK-relevant organisations that are trustworthy, safe for young people, and clear about their own boundaries. We're not paid to recommend anyone, and no one pays to appear here. If something changes, we update or remove it.
